We have stand J12 “Frame Running Dragons Cardiff” at the Kidz to Adultz exhibition in ICC Newport on Thursday 21st September. Please come and say hello.

Sundays in Gloucester

Framerunning Dragons Cardiff will be supporting Framerunning Dragons Gloucester during the following sessions held at Blackbridge Athletic Track in Gloucester on the following Sundays from 11 am to 1 pm:

27th August

10th September

24th September

8th October

22nd October

This is a chance to try out a different venue with access to help with setting up and the possibility of athletic coaching once comfortable in the frame runner. This is part of a regular athletic event.
