Starting up again
We are meeting again for our first session of 2024. Friday 12th January at 5pm. Bring hats and gloves.
Disability Sport event
On Thursday 25th January there will be an open to all session during school hours 10-3 in NIAC Cardiff Met Campus in Cyncoed in Cardiff, where we started nearly 10 years ago. This is organised by Disability Sports Wales and I think is open to all ages. There will be more than 20 sports to try and Gabriella will be there with running frames too

Last session 2023
Our last event for this year will be on Friday 8th and we look forward to seeing you- bring warm clothes and especially hats, gloves and warm footwear.
Best dressed up Christmas character will receive a surprise!!!
